For over 17 years, Andrew has chaired dozens of executive committees, written multiple policy papers and multi-million proposals, while helping realize over $100 million in commercial real estate development value.
As a commercial landlord and asset manager, Andrew owns, manages and operates multiple commercial and residential properties - focused on serving startup founders, entrepreneurs, and the growing workforce in the Greater Sacramento region. As an aspiring real estate developer, in 2018, Andrew led the campaign to help realize the first Zero Net Energy Affordable Housing project in Davis, designed to provide significant affordable housing and ultimately house 2,000+ students. Since then he has worked on multiple development projects featured on the Sacramento Business Journal including: 1690 Bell Ave (20 acres of industrial space), 424 12th Street (92 multi-family units) and 2123 Q Street (200 multi-family units).
As Managing Partner for Spafford & Lincoln, Andrew's award winning political and business strategies focuses on capacity building and operational excellence - his programs have now reached 10+ million voters nationwide. During the midterm elections, Andrew managed 6 statewide programs, 14 paid staff and 5,000+ volunteers to help reach over 1.5 million voters in highly competitive Congressional Districts in California. During the 2020 presidential election, Andrew organized and managed over 250 partner organizations, representing 100,000 volunteers nationwide, to help reach over 7.5 million voters in priority U.S. Senate races. Andrew has built and managed high performing teams for over 10 years - recruiting, training and deploying over 5,000 interns for senatorial, congressional, and gubernatorial campaigns.
In 2013, Andrew was the Campaign Manager for Congressman John Garamendi, building a field operation that made over 1,000,000 voter contacts in 6 months. Andrew began his work with then CA Lieutenant Governor Garamendi in 2008, as the Deputy Finance Director for his gubernatorial campaign, and later joined AmeriCorps VISTA (Volunteer In Service to America), to spearhead anti-poverty & community development programs in under-served neighborhoods.
As Co-Founder of Launchpad Project Management, Andrew has spearheaded a series of workforce development programs designed to support aspiring entrepreneurs interested in project management and communications, skills consistently ranked as highly valuable for our next generation workforce. When Andrew first served as the District Project Director for Congressman John Garamendi back in 2012, he helped design and implement multiple workforce development and small business development programs - serving over 200 small businesses and 4,000 job seekers in the Greater Sacramento, Yolo and Solano regions.
As an aspiring climate entrepreneur, Andrew is an investor and equity partner in various ventures focused on sustainable agriculture, sustainable real estate development, and clean technology acceleration. Having worked on multi-million dollar raises, Andrew is an experienced fundraiser. Since 2019, Andrew has personally raised millions in private equity. Andrew is also chairing various superPACs and boards working to advance triple-bottom line impact. Andrew is eager to bring best practices from multiple industries to help produce operational excellence, metric driven results and innovative solutions. Andrew's personal mission is to help prove the profitability of environmental entrepreneurship and triple-bottom line impact (even for younger entrepreneurs), while seeking to create meaningful partnerships to tackle our world's most challenging problems.
